ଆସନ୍ତୁ ଜାଣିବା ଏହି ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ବିଷୟରେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ତଥ୍ୟ, ଯାହା ଆମ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆବେଦନ କରିବାରେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବ:

୩. ଶିକ୍ଷାଗତ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା (Educational Qualification)

• General ପଦବୀ ପାଇଁ: ଯେକୌଣସି ବିଭାଗରେ ଗ୍ରାଜୁଏସନ୍ (Graduation) ରେ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ୬୦% ମାର୍କ ଥିବା ଦରକାର। (SC/ST/PwBD ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ୫୦% ମାର୍କ)। କିମ୍ବା ପୋଷ୍ଟ ଗ୍ରାଜୁଏସନ୍ (PG) ରେ ୫୫% ମାର୍କ ଥିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।
• DEPR / DSIM ପାଇଁ: ଇକୋନୋମିକ୍ସ କିମ୍ବା ଷ୍ଟାଟିଷ୍ଟିକ୍ସ (Statistics/Maths) ରେ ମାଷ୍ଟର ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ଥିବା ଦରକାର।

୪. ବୟସ ସୀମା (Age Limit)

ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ବୟସ ୧ ଏପ୍ରିଲ୍ ୨୦୨୬ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୨୧ ରୁ ୩୦ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ। (ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଜନ୍ମ ୨ ଏପ୍ରିଲ୍ ୧୯୯୬ ରୁ ୧ ଏପ୍ରିଲ୍ ୨୦୦୫ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ହୋଇଥିବ)।

• ନିୟମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ SC/ST ବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ୫ ବର୍ଷ ଏବଂ OBC ବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ୩ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ କୋହଳ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ରହିଛି।

୫. ଆକର୍ଷଣୀୟ ଦରମା (Salary & Perks)

ଏହି ପଦବୀର ସବୁଠାରୁ ଆକର୍ଷଣୀୟ ଦିଗ ହେଉଛି ଦରମା। ଜଣେ RBI Grade B ଅଫିସରଙ୍କ ମାସିକ ମୋଟ ଦରମା (Gross Salary) ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପ୍ରାୟ ₹୧,୫୪,୯୩୬ ଟଙ୍କା ରହିଥାଏ। ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଘରଭଡ଼ା (HRA), ମେଡିକାଲ୍ ସୁବିଧା ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଅନେକ ଭତ୍ତା ମିଳିଥାଏ।

Selection Process

The selection process is conducted in three stages:

1. Phase 1 – Preliminary Exam
